A lot of bot accounts have recently flowed into the P2E Portal. Although the inflow of many bots has been blocked through hotfix, many bots are still trying to access it. We are receiving withdrawal requests by email from those users but it is difficult to handle these tons of requests. and definitely there are lots of abusers are also included in this inbox.

We will introduce a more automated and intelligent bot blocking system to solve this problem. However, before that, we want to perform a full inspection of current users, so we will suspend the withdrawal function of the portal for a week before the next update will be applied.

In the new system, the majority of ordinary users will be able to withdraw automatically, but for some suspicious circumstances the system will request a form application rather than an email. For this users, we will go through individual reviews to decide whether to withdraw or not. Therefore, users who are currently waiting for withdrawal, please wait a week for the new system.
