What is a Nine Chronicles PreviewNet?

PreviewNet is a testnet for testing a new feature or improvement of Nine Chronicles. This PreviewNet is not affected on the NineChronicles MainNet.

That means you cannot do this on the NineChronicles PreviewNet

• Transfer PreviewNet NCG to WNCG.
• Creating a New Key and Registering a New Account.
• Test play using the mobile version.

Additionally, please note the following:

• As this is a test version, some features may not function properly.
• Balance values for testing purposes may be applied, which means there could be differences between the initial version and the version deployed on the mainnet. However, starting from this version, the same values as those that will be applied to the mainnet will be updated and announced on the previewnet one day before the mainnet deployment.
• The environment being used for testing may be reset for test.
• The snapshot used for the test environment is from a slightly older version, so it may differ from the current state on the mainnet.

How to play

• Install the PreviewNet version launcher according to your operating system:
  • Windows
  • Mac
• Run the downloaded file to install the PreviewNet version of the Launcher, then execute it.
• Use an existing key-store file to connect to the PreviewNet version of Odin or Heimdall and play.
